Foodstuffs New Zealand is running the FuelUp programme through its participating New World and PAK’nSAVE supermarkets and Write Price Food Barns nationwide. Customers can redeem FuelUp vouchers at any participating Mobil or FuelUp redeeming station. Click here to view a list of all redeeming stations.

FuelUp vouchers offer a monetary discount per litre off the purchase cost of fuel – determined by the promotional fuel saving offer at any given time. FuelUp vouchers can be redeemed for up to 100 litres per fill.

FuelUp vouchers must be surrendered at the counter of participating Mobil or FuelUp redeeming service stations to qualify for the fuel savings.

No. FuelUp vouchers can be used once only.

No. The voucher is valid for only one single tank fill.

No, you can present only one voucher at a time for a discount at the service station.

FuelUp vouchers are valid for one month from the purchase date. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.

No, FuelUp vouchers cannot be used with commercial fleet/fuel cards.

No, FuelUp vouchers cannot be combined with other fuel discount promotional offers.

No, as Mobil are not a partner in the Fly Buys programme.

Yes, Fly Buys points will still be awarded as per normal for New World Supermarket eligible purchases.

No. Grocery gift cards are like legal tender, so the FuelUp voucher will be generated when you ‘spend’ the grocery gift card not buy them.

Cigarette or tobacco purchases do not contribute to the qualifying spend amount due to legal restrictions.

No, a purchase of a NZ Lotteries ticket does not qualify as a valid purchase for a FuelUp voucher, so you would need to reach the discount spend limit excluding the NZ Lotteries ticket purchase.

No. Like grocery gift cards, deposits to your Christmas Club account are like legal tender, so the FuelUp voucher will be generated when you "spend" your Christmas Club funds, not deposit to them.

No, some New World and PAK’nSAVE supermarkets have a fuel outlet at their location, so they do not offer FuelUp vouchers. While you won’t earn FuelUp vouchers at these supermarkets, you will still earn the similar great fuel savings when on offer, by filling up at the supermarket’s on-site fuel station. Valid “Fuel docket” discount vouchers issued from 17th Nov onward will be accepted by your local Mobil or FuelUp redeeming station; however you may also redeem these at BP until the stated expiry date on the docket. From 17th December onwards only FuelUp vouchers will be issued which will need to be redeemed at participating Mobil or FuelUp redeeming stations.
